Bark N Woof's main mission is to provide a fully integrated pet care services to our customers. We operates 24/7, primarily to cater to the unique requests of our customers. By complementing our established premium pet care services with our online pet retail store, we strive to provide a professional and personalized premium pet care services and bring top-quality, affordable and value for money pets products and accessories directly to consumers, backed by fast delivery, friendly customer service and money-back satisfaction guarantee.

How we achieved it?
We ensure customers get the most beneficial and safe-to-use products without inflated promises…and inflated prices. We fully utilize today's Internet and telephony technologies, cutting out the unnecessary distribution markups and retail expenses, passing such savings directly to our customers, and hence keeping retail prices to a minimum. We make every effort to ensure that our advertised items are available. In fact, over 95% of items are in-stock and ready for immediate delivery.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place my order online?
Our simple 6 steps checkout process is easy to complete:
  • In Step 1, you will be asked to log into your account with us or create one if you don’t have one.
  • In Step 2, Click on your desired item, then click on “Add to Cart”.
  • In Step 3, you will be asked to fill in your shipping information and billing information. You will also be shown a summary of your order as well as your order total.
  • In Step 4, you will be asked to enter your payment card information so we can verify and authorize your order.
  • In Step 5, you will be shown your order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and you’re Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with our online store. It will be sent to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details. (Please note that you may not always receive our e-mails due to junk/spam filter that may be in place. If you do not receive any of the mentioned e-mails, please contact us immediately through email or phone.)
  • In final Step 6, Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you within 3 business days to arrange for the delivery timescales. Delivery schedule is NOT confirmed until our Customer Service Representatives have personally confirmed it when they contact you..

What payment options can I use?
Barknwoof.com accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards for online purchases. We regret that we cannot accept debit cards online at this time.

If you would like to pay by cheque, select “Cheque” as your payment method during check out and you will be presented with a printable invoice and instructions to mail in your cheque for further processing. Please allow up to 10 business days for the clearance of your cheque before the order is processed.

Alternatively, Cash Payment can be made upon delivery.

Billing information
When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure to include the billing address that is associated with the credit card you are using to make your purchase. Please note that your order processing might be delayed or denied if your shipping and billing addresses do not match. Currently we do not accept orders with shipping addresses outside of Singapore. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained and for cheque payment, clearance of cheque has been approved.

How do I apply promotions and coupons?
Bark N Woof may offer promotions that can be redeemed on our Online Retail Store. Promotions and discounts, including free delivery, will be communicated on our website, through emails, direct marketing and other advertising methods.

To redeem a promotion with a code: Enter your promotion code, without any spaces, in the Promotion Code box in the shopping cart. Please note that each promotion code might have its own restrictions on usage. Check the terms and conditions associated with each code carefully prior to using.

Delivery Policy

Delivery terms included delivery areas, delivery costs and estimated delivery timescales are contained in Bark N Woof's Delivery Policy published on this website, and the Delivery Policy is expressly incorporated in these Purchase Terms.

At this time, we ONLY deliver to Singapore residential and commercial addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. There is no minimum delivery order. However, to keep our prices low, it is necessary to charge an S$10.00 delivery Fees on orders that total less than S$60.00 in merchandise.

If your delivery address is located inside a restricted zone, such as military camps, airport freight centre, Jurong Island, and Sentosa Island, we will have to impose an additionally S$5.00 delivery surcharge on your order. In the event there is a delivery surcharge, you will see it on your itemized order bill. Please call or email our customer service personnel if you think there is an error.

For your security and peace of mind, Bark N Woof requests recipient’s ID and signature when attempting to make delivery. Should the recipient be unreachable during the first delivery attempt, we will leave a note and our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to reschedule a second delivery.

Should the second delivery fail, the order will be returned to Bark N Woof and the amount of the order, less any delivery fees, will be refunded to the original purchaser through the original payment method which the order was placed with.

Please be aware that once delivery is made (including by your instructions) that ownership & responsibility for the item(s) transfers to you. We do not subsidies delivery costs to resend uncollected order that have been returned to us. Delivery charges to resend order will be charged at our prevailing delivery rates.

If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:

  • Include special delivery instructions during contact with our Customer Service Representatives (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.)
  • Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.)

Standard Delivery

Subjecting to products availability and our delivery schedule, delivery can occur next day or takes up to 7 business days after confirmation of your order.

Multiple Deliveries

Where a single order results in multiple deliveries, the delivery and handling fees if applicable, applies to each order delivered. Each "delivered to" address with merchandise totaling under S$60.00 will be charged an S$10.00 delivery fees.

Special/Express Delivery

Subjecting to products availability and our delivery schedule, delivery can be made during our non- business hours at your request or within 24hours upon confirmation of order, at an additionally surcharge of S$30.00.

Goodwill Delivery

There is NO delivery fees for the below listed.

  • Tag On Delivery - Order to be delivered concurrently with the engagement of any pet care services which Bark N Woof provides.
  • Subsequent Delivery - Products to be delivered on subsequent attempt due to unavailability of items on the original order.
  • Exchange Delivery - Collection and resending of products returned due to (“Other Returns”) as further defined in our “Exchange and Refunds Policy”.

Anticipated Delivery will typically take 1 to 7 business days (excluding Public Holidays) after confirmation of orders. Delivery timescales will be personally confirmed by our Customer Service Representatives.


Note. Every effort will be made to adhere to the delivery timescales stipulated between you and our Customer Service Representatives. We seek your kind understanding in the events of any late delivery that might occur due to unforeseeable circumstance such as traffic condition, weather conditions, and mechanical failure or for other reasons beyond our control. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes in the delivery timescales, in anticipation of late delivery. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.

Exchange and Refunds Policy

All merchandise that we sell carries our complete guarantee of satisfaction on serving their intended functions. Should our products fails to meet your expectation in their intended functions, we will be glad to provide you with an exchange or refunds, whichever you prefer. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issue or concern with any of our merchandise or services, please call our customer service Representatives at 90904781 or email us at enquiries@barknwoof.com with a description of your specific question or issue. We will try our best to assist and takes appropriate measures to ensure your shopping experience with us is pleasant and positive.

For exchange or refunds:
  • Please enclose an original copy of the sales invoice and your signed delivery slip along with the product.
  • The product packaging must be in new and undamaged condition. If the product has been used, the remaining content must be at least 95% of the original content by weight.
  • Refund will be issued using your original payment method which the order was placed with. Note that delivery fees paid, if any, are not refunded.
  • Please remember to include a contactable phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
  • After receiving your return, please allow us 10-14 business days to process and exchange or refund your purchase.

Bark N Woof reserve the Rights to assess the condition and age of returned merchandise prior to offering an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused. Each case is considered unique and will be treated on a case to case basis at Bark N Woof’s absolute discretion.

Returns Restrictions

We regret that personalized items and items made to your specification cannot be exchange or refund unless there is a defect in workmanship or the items are not as ordered.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item or cancel an order because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Bark N Woof will, as a goodwill gesture, offer you refund provided that:

  • You return the item/order within 14 days of purchase;
  • You return your original sales invoice and the signed delivery slip.
  • The item/order is in re-saleable condition including that:
  • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
  • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
  • Any sew-in labels are still attached; and
  • The original security seal or shrink wrap is intact and that:
  • The product is not one on which is bound by our Return restrictions. (See Above).

If these requirements are not satisfied, Bark N Woof reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind returns.

A standard delivery fees of S$10 will applies to any orders that total less than S$60 after any “Change of mind returns”.

Other Returns

Bark N Woof will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund, exchange voucher or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product is not as ordered, or
  • The product is not a promotion/sales item, or
  • The product does not match the sample of our description; and
  • You can present your original sales invoice and/or other adequate proof of purchase from barknwoof.com.


Product Availability & Request a Product

Product Availability

Whilst we make every Endeavour to ensure the availability of our advertised merchandise, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a period of time. Most merchandise is usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week or so. Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. You will be contacted by us if there are likely delays to your order due to an item being out of stock.

In the event any of our products is unavailable after confirmation and payment of the purchase, we will issue the full refund using your original payment method which the order was placed with. Alternatively, you can choose to wait and delivery will be dispatch once the products are available.

Request a Product

Our replenishment of merchandise inventory and our advertised merchandise on our website is done base on actual demands and from trends and statistics compiled through various means, thus cutting out the unnecessary distribution markups, storage rental and retail expenses, passing such savings directly to our customers, and hence keeping retail prices to a minimum.

As such, we do not advertise the comprehensive range of pet products we sell on our website. If your desired product is not available on our website, please request your product by contacting us with a detailed description of your desired product. We would try our best to assist you.

Terms of Use

  • Welcome to barknwoof.com website. The Site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Sites (the "Agreement").

    Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.     Mindful of the high cost of litigation, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and Bark N Woof agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Sites, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Bark N Woof also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Sites, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. What kind of information does Bark N Woof collect?
