Basic grooming includes clipping of sanitary area and underpaw pads fur, plucking and cleaning of ears, nails trimming, brushing and combing of fur, excretion of anal sacs (on request) and showering only.

Full grooming includes all of the above, and in addition, complete styling and trimming of fur only.

| Boarding/Daycare services policies: All pets coming in for pet boarding/daycare arrangement must sign up for a compulsory basic grooming session to ensure the safety and hygiene of the pets as well as to check for physical health conditions, external parasites etc... For pet boarding/daycare with pick up and send back services, an extra charge of S$30 to S$60, depending on location, will apply. All pets will be showered every 7th day of boarding/daycare free of charge. The Owner is responsible for supplying the necessary equipments and supplies specific to the care of the Pet(s). Any special requests are to be made known to us during admission time. Billing will begin on the date upon the services begin till the date upon the services cease and calculated on a per date basis. The full payment for the proposed duration of boarding/daycare shall be made during admission time. Extension to the proposed services period shall be charged accordingly at the prevailing rates. De-matting and de-tangling of badly matted or tangled fur will cause excessive and undue stress to your pets. Skin irritation, skin redness, brush burn or cuts might occur during or after this treatment. Therefore, Bark N Woof would strongly recommends owners to do proper brushing and combing daily so as to avoid the use of this service as far as possible. |
