Upon arrival on appointment, we would first require you to sign a pet services contract to ensure both Bark N Woof and yourself agree to the terms of the grooming. We pride ourselves in being one of the few, if not the only, grooming company that provides a grooming contract that provides legal protection for your pet.
We would then proceed to set up a grooming station designated by you, with all necessary grooming equipments. The grooming session will then commerce. After completion of the grooming, we would dismantle the setup and conduct a thorough area cleaning of the grooming area.
Upon the return of your pet, you would then be required to certify that your pet had been received back in good condition and that the services had been rendered in full and final if all criteria and expectations are met.

In this treatment that ensures your pet is safeguarded against harmful bacteria and diseases, a disinfectant would be sprayed on all areas you would like thoroughly cleansed. After disinfecting, the treated area would be slightly damp and best be left dry naturally. The whole procedure takes between 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size and nature of the areas to be treated.
